I love reviewing bios, because it gives me the chance to 'meet' so many interesting people. So much talent, so much kindness, so much generosity, so much desire to do well - I never cease to be amazed at how, well -- amazing! -- all of you are!

This week's Bio of the Week belongs to Nancy Yonko. Nancy is about to take a new job with www.dreamitmakeit.com, where she will help find and nurture talent -- sometimes in names we know, and sometimes in names we don't know yet.
