Q) How long do I have to wait to get my product?

There is no waiting! You get everything described immediately after your
purchase. You can literally start writing your bio within minutes of completing
your order!
Q) I paid for my product, but I didn't
receive it.

DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS:
To immediately download your copy of "How to Write a Great Bio", please complete
payment through PayPal, at which point you will be given the option to
RETURN TO JILL TOWNSEND COPYWRITING & DESIGN. This will return you to the
page on this website where your files are available for
immediate download.
If you still have problems, please contact
me
to let me know you didn't receive your order, and I will email the product to
you immediately.

What forms of payment do you accept?
A)
At this time we accept all major credit cards through PayPal. You do not need to
have a PayPal account to purchase "How To Write
A Great Bio", only a valid credit card.
If you prefer, you can fax your payment details (Visa or MasterCard only) to
(530) 877-7494, and your e-book will be emailed directly to you. Please make
sure to include a valid email address, and include ALL of the following
information:
1. Type of card: Visa or Mastercard only, please.
